In other words, the U.S. military&#039;s own video of its soldiers gunning down unarmed journalists and passersby on a Baghdad street must be kept from public view because its release will provide grist for the al Qaida propaganda mill.

This argument is too morally bankrupt to warrant a reply beyond the simple summary above.

The way not to provide grist for al Qaida&#039;s propaganda mill is to stop bombing and invading Muslim countries, to stop imprisoning and torturing Muslims for years on end without charges, and to stop committing massacres such as this one.</description>
